Resolution: I have disabled/unchecked "Use default gateway" checkbox on TCP IPv4 properties (VPN Connection Settings => Network => Internet protocol (TCP/IPv4) => properties => Advanced => Use default gateway on remote network) Pulse goes into a "waiting for connection" mode. If I have the wireless set to connect automatically, it creates a loop of the VPN turning off my wireless, the wireless coming back and reconnecting, getting shut off again, repeat to infinity. When I'm on a wired network, I can connect to the VPN with no problems. Ensure that the VPN connection is at least an AES-256 with certificate authentication.
